Founder & Leading Partner Christian Machat Holst is Denmark’s first Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He has over 20 years of experience as a leader, coach, consultant, and educator. Professionally, Christian has experience in both the private and public sectors. His focus is on strength-based leadership, team, and organizational development.

Associate Partner Sissel Andersen has extensive experience in leadership at Gjensidige Insurance, specializing in adaptation and change processes, sales management, communication, conflict resolution, and people management for both large and small organizations. Sissel focuses on helping leaders unlock the potential in employees and teams.

Partner Karin Range is Norway’s first Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has over 30 years of experience as a leader in publishing and marketing across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Karin’s areas of expertise include strength-based individual and team development, leadership, and cultural transformation.

Partner Merel Wolff is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a trained business psychologist, as well as a process consultant with over 15 years of experience in HRM and leadership development. She has extensive international experience as a team and individual coach in large multinational companies as well as in the academic world. Her approach is systemic and solution-oriented.

Associate Partner, Sara Riis, Certified in TT38 is an highly specialized recruitment consultant and a development consultant with over 20 years of experience in unlocking human potential. Sara’s focus and expertise are in strength-based development, using a combination of the strongest tools on the market, including Gallup’s research. She holds a Master’s in Talent Testing (TT38), a Master’s in Personal Leadership, a Master’s in NLP, and is certified in all talent tests available on the Danish market.

Ebbe Lavendt is a licensed health and occupational psychologist and a master in positive psychology with extensive experience in executive coaching, teaching and consulting. Ebbe is known for his curiosity, his commitment and his ability to make complex knowledge simple and applicable for individuals, teams and organizations.

What does great collaboration look like — and how do you build it?
Since my youth playing football at the local club HIK, I’ve been fascinated by what makes a team thrive. As captain, I quickly discovered just how challenging it can be to balance performance, motivation, and engagement at the same time.
That question has guided my work ever since: What is great leadership, and how do we build collaboration that is both inspiring and results-driven?
In 2000, I founded my first teambuilding company together with my cousin Jesper Ritzau. From the very beginning, our goal was clear — to create experiences that truly develop people and teams. Over the years, we’ve combined methods from Outdoor Bound, MBTI, Belbin, DISC, Appreciative Inquiry, and Systemic Thinking with positive psychology and strengths development. Each approach brings value on its own, but together they create powerful opportunities for growth.
Today, my focus is on advancing strengths-based psychology. This mindset can transform organizations at every level — from optimizing teamwork and leadership to building entire cultures where strengths are recognized, weaknesses are managed, and potential is fully realized.
