CliftonStrengths

Q12

Since the 1950s, Gallup® has interviewed millions of individuals to better understand human talent.

While each person’s talents are unique, Gallup’s research has identified 34 distinct talent themes. These form the foundation of CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder™) — an assessment that helps individuals discover their natural talents.

Based on your test results, we guide you in developing and becoming more aware of your talents — ultimately turning them into strengths.

📈 Employees who are aware of their talents are up to 6 times more satisfied with their jobs!

Gallup® has spent many years studying employee engagement and has identified 12 questions that best measure engagement and drive growth and development within organizations.

Employee surveys are essential for understanding the current state of the organization.

With a Gallup Q12 survey, teams and companies gain valuable insight into how strengths and weaknesses are distributed across the organization — revealing both areas of success that can be learned from, and areas where improvement is needed.
